RETURN POLICY
If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email contact@111wear.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation.
We accept items in new/unworn condition for a refund, store credit or exchange. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
Return requests can be made by emailing contact@111wear.com with your order number and name and the item wished to be returned. Please allow 24-48hrs for a reply.
REFUNDS
You will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order.
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Depending on the bank or credit card company, it can take up to 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. Exchange requests can be made by emailing contact@111wear.com with your order number and name and the item wished to be exchanged. You can exchange your item for a different size subject to availability.
Your exchange will be processed and your replacement item/s will be shipped within 3 business days of the return being delivered.
STORE CREDIT
Store Credit is issued as a digital gift card. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on 111wear.com until the remaining balance is zero.
Your credit will be available to use once your return is delivered and processed.
FINAL SALE
All items marked Final Sale or listed in the Clearance Section cannot be returned or exchanged.
